I was electrified when I 'heard' this from yesterday's episode of 意难忘.

家道丰腴自胞温 也须肚里立乾坤
财多害己君当省 福不胚胎祸临门

Mind you, this 'chiam' sounded too familiar to me. I got it last Wed. Last week was the week of 心神不宁 to me. I unconsciously went past a red traffic light whilst driving. I underestimated the distance and minorly scratched the underneath of my car too.
